30A Hideaway is a true departure from your typical 30A experience. Located in "The Hammocks", a private community off Hwy 395, you'll be nestled among oaks and magnolias. A large screened-in back porch offers a comfortable seat with nature views, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a day shopping in the local 30A boutiques. The tranquility continues inside with a spacious open floor plan on the first level including a large living area, and beautifully equipped kitchen and dining area. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, each bedroom has its own private bathroom! The first floor King Master suite has a luxurious bathroom with a large soaking tub in a beautifully tiled shower. This home has the ideal layout for one or two families to join in the main living areas, but you still have your own private bedroom and bath to yourself. The community offers two pools plus a nature trail which leads to a small dock and creek that flows into Western Lake. Should you want to leave your woodland nest, a short walk or bike ride will take you to many of the area’s most popular destinations, including the closest Seagrove beach public access, only 0.5 mile from the home. You’re also centrally located to explore the neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

The Hammocks at Seagrove is a tranquil and quaint Seagrove Beach community, hidden in between Old Seagrove Beach and WaterColor. If you're looking for a secluded place to have an intermission in your busy lifestyle for an unforgettable vacation, The Hammocks at Seagrove is the first place to look. All homes in this community are created with modern, chic touches in similarity to that of the WaterColor community.
~ 2 Community Pools - both are a short walk from the home (pools are not heated)
~ Short walk to the closest beach access, only 0.5 mile from the home (Scenic 395 Beach Access)
~ Western Lake Dock Access - Located off a wooded nature path within the community

Parking
30A Hideaway has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking and yard parking are strictly prohibited in this community. You may only have as many vehicles or golf carts as you can fit in the driveway.

Golf Carts
Golf cart rentals are allowed in this community. All carts must be street legal with a valid tag/license plate. Golf carts must fit in the home's designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on the street or in yard areas.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

Wow. This was an amazing house, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Since it was just 2 of us we only used the downstairs master. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. Loved the huge soaking tub. We walked to Seaside daily, which wasn't a bad walk at all. Beach access was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house that was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach access was not far. And the master downstairs bathroom was amazing. We'd definitely rent this house again.

All I can say is great location ms very spacious place! This property is right across the street from one of the community pools which is very convenient and also close to some really good restaurants. We were able to bike over to seaside food trucks and watercolour area. Also this was a very short bike ride to some of the best beach access points. I would definitely recommend!

This property was the perfect location, just about 2 minutes away from the beach. There’s even a Publix right by it. There’s so much space and it feels like you’re at home, even at the beach! The house is perfect for family and friends. I loved staying in the house!

Great Location and wonderful property

You can walk or take the available bikes to the beach only a few blocks away and you are a 5 minutes from Publix grocery store for all those last minute grocery runs. With 4 teenage girls having 3 bedrooms and baths up was awesome. Master down with private bath and half bath for guests. Large screened in back patio off kitchen was great for afternoon lunch and evening cocktails. Community pool right across from the house. Quiet community. Home was clean, new and modern with Tv's in most if not all rooms. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at 30A Hideaway at the Hammocks! We love this property so much for our family! So much space for everyone! It's in the center of everything for us and close to the beach! We will be back next year for sure!

We loved our stay at 30A Hideaway! The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right across from one of the neighborhood pools. The charming house had everything our family of 5 needed for a memorable, wonderful stay - comfy beds, porches for relaxing, bikes for getting to 30A, and a beautiful kitchen, fully stocked with supplies for cooking.
