30A Cottages and Concierge will host an Instagram sweepstakes beginning on Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 12:00pm EST and ending on September 3, 2018, at 11:59pm EST. The Sweepstakes will consist of users following 30A Cottages and Concierge on Instagram and “liking” all the images on the Instagram profile with a wave emoji to be entered into a drawing to win the grand prize of one free week in a 30A Cottages and Concierge rental property in the Seacrest Beach community along 30A from September 16 until September 23. One winner will be notified on September 4, 2018, over Instagram Direct Message and details provided through email.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Entrants must be 25+ at the date of entry and live in the continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii). Employees of 30A Cottages and Concierge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of 30A Cottages and Concierge as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
HOW TO ENTER:
Users must follow @30ACottages on Instagram to be eligible to participate and have their Instagram account/profile set to public. Once users are following the 30A Cottages and Concierge Instagram account, they will be asked to “like” each of the posts throughout the 30A Cottages and Concierge Instagram Profile that have a wave emoji in the caption of the image. For an extra entry, users will have to repost any @30ACottage Instagram post and share it to their own profile, tagging @30ACottages and instructing their own followers to follow the @30ACottages Instagram account. The entrant must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of 30A Cottages and Concierge.
At the end of the sweepstakes, 30A Cottages and Concierge and partners will collect all of the entries from everyone who “liked” all of the correct photos on the 30A Cottages and Concierge Instagram profile, and a winner will be randomly selected. A direct message over Instagram will be sent to the user to ask for an email address where further information will be collected.
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a one-week free stay at a 30A Cottages and Concierge rental property. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by 30A Cottages and Concierge. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at 30A Cottages and Concierge discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for 30A Cottages and Concierge to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
30A Cottages and Concierge will email the winner to make sure the user is in fact eligible to win the prize. If the first winner cannot attain the prize for whatever reason, another winner will be randomly selected and so on and so forth until a winner can confirm they will be able to stay in the rented home for the full week of September 16-23, 2018. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT 30A COTTAGES AND CONCIERGE SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Winner is responsible for rental agreements including travel arrangements, damages to the property, and community guidelines. Host of sweepstakes (30A Cottages and Concierge) has the right to amend or cancel the prize at any time for any reason.
Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in FLORIDA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
