For those who live to celebrate the song, it’s almost time to gear up for the 10th Annual 30A Songwriters Festival, starting January 18th! With a whopping 175 artists setting the stage at 25 select venues across 16 beach neighborhoods, 30A is getting ready to enjoy the talents of some of the best folks to put words to music. What’s more, in addition to giving 100% of the proceeds to help fund the local nonprofit of Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, a portion of this year’s sales will also be donated to Hurricane Michael survivors. Here’s to good music and good deeds!
BIG & SMALL
Musicians of all calibers join together to collaborate for a total of 225 planned performances from January 18th through the 21st. With headliners Jason Isbell, Brandi Carlile and Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals - there’s no doubt that 30A Songwriters Festival is sure to delight true singer-songwriter fans. The list doesn’t stop here, there will be can’t-miss Americana shows along 30A all weekend. Be sure to watch out for Amanda Shires, Hayes Carll, Steve Earle, Justin Townes Earle, Elizabeth Cook, Rosanne Cash, Aaron Lee Tasjan, The War & Treaty, Tall Pines, and Birds of Chicago.

PLAN AHEAD
It is vital for venue hoppers to plan ahead at an event this size. In nature of music festivals, 30A Songwriters Festival is bound to cause quite a bit of commotion in South Walton. HOW TO NAVIGATE
Between the hours of 5:30 pm until 12:00 am on Friday to Sunday, festival shuttle buses will be making stops from Vue on 30A to Rosemary Beach. The buses will also be stopping at public parking lots in Grayton Beach and Silver Sands Premium Outlets on Saturday and Sunday between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm for the headlining shows on Grand Boulevard. There will be taxis, limos, Uber, and Lyft prepared to service the area over the long weekend.
