Spring is here to stay, which means beach season has also arrived. When picking a destination for you and your family, the white sandy beaches of 30A are an obvious choice as sun, sand, and surf are a much-needed treat post-winter blues! Here are a few of our favorites of the moment.
Bike Riding
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again- bike riding is an absolute must for your stay! Taking a ride down Highway 30A is the safest and easiest spot to bike, as it’s parallel to the beach and has a paved sidewalk that runs between towns. Each of our cottages come with bikes included in your vacation rental, but if you need more we can help you with that too!
Ice Cream & Snow Cones
This is one that parents and kids alike will be excited about. After a long day in the sun, nothing hits the spot quite like a refreshing sweet treat! Though there are a plethora of dessert spots in each town, some of our favorites are FrostBites (teens love the T-Shirts!), Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, The Sugar Shak, and Dawson’s Yogurt and Fudge Works.
Shopping
From cute mom & pop gift shops to bookstores, outlets and artwork - 30A has it all when it comes to shopping. Each town definitely has its own area to shop, so we’ll make it nice and easy for you and split up our recommendations by community.
