Casa al Fin, meaning 'Home at Last', is a beautifully designed, luxury Gulf view home on the South side of Rosemary Beach. It is less than a block from the sparkling emerald water and white sand beach, and the home sits right across the street from the Barbados community pool. Casa Al Fin is thoughtfully decorated with comfortable furnishings, stunning mosaic tile-work, and surprise personal touches throughout making you feel like you are finally ‘home at last’. The entire second level of the home is a unique, airy living area encompassed by large windows, massive Tuscan beams and columns, and spectacular design accents, perfectly meshing rustic design with modern materials. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with bench seating area and large kitchen island are the perfect gathering spot for family and friends, making entertaining a breeze. The kitchen includes extras such as a high-end six burner gas stove with griddle and double ovens, separate ice-maker, wet-bar area, built-in wine storage, and counter seating for 4. There is also a small desk area and a half bathroom off of the living area. There are four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. Three bedrooms, including the massive master suite, are located on the first floor, and the fourth bedroom is located on the third floor.

When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Casa Al Fin has 2 designated parking spaces in the two car garage. A third car may park on the parking pad in front of the garage doors if the tires are completely on the parking pad and not on the street.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come, first served basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in designated “Off-Street” spaces such as private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
