In addition to the 3 King bedrooms, there is a bonus bunk room with 2 Twin beds so the home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Complete with travertine stone in the baths, marble kitchen countertop, top of the line appliances, gorgeous hardwood flooring and beautiful lighting throughout, this home is the definition of luxury. Since this is an end/corner unit, you can enjoy the view from a large wraparound balcony surrounding the open living area. There are also private balconies on each of the 3 King bedrooms. The spacious indoor and outdoor living areas are modernly designed and furnished with everything you need for a relaxing 30A beach vacation. And, you can't beat the location with some of the area's finest dining and shopping venues just downstairs. With 4 community pools and the pristine white sand beach only a short walk or bike ride from your home, you can definitely make the most of your beach getaway! This rental includes 4 adult bikes so you can easily explore all that 30A has to offer!
The entry hallway leads you past the laundry room which has a Maytag washer and dryer and countertop with sink. On your right, through a set of sliding farm doors, is the bonus bunk room with 2 Twin beds, 2 storage cubbies and 2 flat screen TV's, one for each bunk. The hallway bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is situated between the home's two hallways with doors on either side, shared by the bunk room and the King guest bedroom. At the end of the first hallway on your right is the luxurious Master Suite. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, desk and private covered balcony. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, separate water closet, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
The hallway opens up to a stunning, open floor plan kitchen and living area with tons of natural light flowing in from the oversized windows. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances including a Wolf dual fuel range with griddle, Sub-Zero French door refrigerator, and wine cooler. The large kitchen island gives you plenty of room to prep an amazing family meal. The island has a large stainless steel sink and barstools for 3 guests. The dining area has a table with seating for 8. You can kick back with your family on the cozy oversized sectional sofa and chairs to enjoy a movie night with the large flat screen TV. The wraparound balcony is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, evening cocktail, or simply enjoying the view of the quaint streets on the town square.
The second hallway leads to the King guest bedroom, which shares the hallway bathroom and the King guest master bedroom. Both rooms have a flat screen TV and private, covered balcony. The King guest master bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

***This property has designated parking for one vehicle, behind the building on Nevis Lane. Overflow parking is available on a first come, first served basis along the main square in front of the shops and restaurants and on the streets throughout the community.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects. Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
