Welcome to Pitot Cottage, one of the few Gulf Front options in Rosemary Beach. If you crave being Gulf front but also love the amenities of a special community like Rosemary, this is the home for you. Step onto the wrap-around balcony for breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise in the morning and the spectacular sunsets in the evenings, from the comfort of this home away from home. This picturesque beach home is designed after the historic ‘James Pitot’ House in New Orleans. The Pitot House is a historic landmark in Louisiana built in the 18th century on a Creole colonial plantation. Although they’re designed the same on the exterior, the interior of the 3,000 square foot Pitot Cottage is the perfect vacation spot near the beach for relaxing. Sit back in the comfortable sofas and arm chairs of the living area, or take advantage of the professional chef’s kitchen and spacious dining room. With high ceilings and exquisite décor of subtle Gulf colors, you won’t forget how close you are to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Two of the three large bedrooms are Master Bedrooms with King beds and private baths. The bunk room holds four twins and has access to a hallway bathroom. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. The expansive second floor consists of multiple sitting areas, the kitchen and dining area as well as the main living room. Also, off one of the reading nooks is a hallway half bath. The exterior boasts a wrap-around balcony on the second floor overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and a pillared veranda on the first. Pitot Cottage is beach front, near the Coquina Pool. There is also a carriage house above the garage that is rented separately from the main home. If renting both homes, you will receive a discounted rate on the carriage house.

Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your vacation rental. Visitors can walk down the cobblestone streets to the Rosemary Beach Merchants & restaurants, or stick their feet in the sugar white sand of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Footpaths stretching 2.3 miles provide the perfect opportunity for an evening stroll and plush green fields play perfect host to a relaxing afternoon with the family. Accented with amenities such as a spa, 4 refreshing pools and nearby sightseeing, Rosemary facilitates excitement for people of all ages. You will have access to all of the community pools, playgrounds and private beach walkovers. For an additional fee you can access eight clay tennis courts and the fitness center.
30A Cottages will arrange all your plans and concierge needs prior to and during your stay! Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations and reservations, and spa services. ***The garage is shared with carriage guests if both homes are rented. There is only one designated parking space for the main cottage as well as one space for the carriage. Overflow street parking is available throughout the Rosemary community.
***The fireplace in the living area is not available for guest use.
***Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days of booking, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
