Welcome to Rosemary Loft! Located on the northwestern side of Barrett Square, this three-bedroom condo is the perfect place for a Rosemary vacation. With airy rooms flooded with Florida sunshine, the home’s seashell décor is a constant reminder that pristine Gulf waters are just minutes away. Welcome each morning on your private, covered balcony, sipping a latte from Amavida Coffee located just below. When it’s time to explore, enjoy top-notch restaurants and shopping within the town square or venture to the nearby communities of Alys or Inlet Beach, both easily accessible by bike. Rosemary’s four community pools are also a short walk or bike ride away. With three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, Rosemary Loft can accommodate up to 8, making it the perfect getaway for families or friends.

Community Amenities ~ Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home. Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family’s long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Rosemary community
Rosemary Loft does not have designated parking. There is an assigned parking area for The Lofts West condos located behind the building. If spaces are available, one vehicle per condo is allowed in the assigned parking area with a parking tag displayed. Overflow parking is available on a first come, first served basis along the main square lining the front of the building.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Trident Construction will begin work on the exterior windowsills starting February 27, 2020 at 8am. They will be accessing the windowsills with a lift. They will start on the front of the building and work their way around to the back.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
