Welcome to SummerSalt Cottage! Everything about this architectural home was thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, but sleeping arrangements exist on all three levels. Older kids will love the third-floor loft/game room, which features four twin beds with a foosball table, large TV, vintage arcade cabinet and stunning Gulf and community views from the private balcony. The second floor provides a full guest bathroom as well as a trundle daybed tucked into the office area between the living and dining rooms. There are also myriad options for hanging out after a long beach day, including two balconies, a second-story wraparound porch with white drapes, and cozy arm chairs on the front porch. However, the home’s best outdoor feature is in the back – the fenced-in courtyard with private pool and jetted spa, outdoor fireplace and kitchen area. Open-air chefs will appreciate the built-in gas grill, granite food prep area, mini fridge and ice maker. But if dinner prep takes you inside, you’ll enjoy double ovens, ample counter space and a balcony with another grill overlooking the pool, so you can check in from above.
Note: The home next door has received authorization to start building carriage house, which will be on the other side of the pool wall of SummerSalt Cottage. Due to this upcoming project, there is expected to be noise disturbances at times during guest stays; we do not have an ETA on the completion of this project, nor do we have any control over the process. Refunds will be not be offered due to noise disturbances during a guest's stay.

When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

1. Sky Pool Painting - Rosemary Beach anticipates the interior repaint will take two weeks, and is scheduled to start the week of April 12th. During the painting project, the pool will be closed.
2. Georgetown Ave./Tuckers Lane drainage upgrades and repaving – The work on Georgetown Ave. is now complete and the road was reopened on Tuesday April 6th. This phase of the project included the installation of a 375’ dual 12” exfiltration system with 4 new inlet structures and pervious pavers to capture any rainfall along the roadway and common areas. They are now on phase 2 which includes the installation of the new lift station on Tuckers Lane. They are currently de-watering the area in preparation of setting the new 12’deep structure that will house the pumps. They anticipate this phase to be complete within 2-3 weeks, dependent on weather and site conditions.
3. Lift Station drainage discharge lines - Material for this project is on-site, and the schedule is pending completion of the Tuckers Lane lift station. This will include the installation of 3- 8” and 1- 10” discharge lines underneath the sidewalk from West Water St. and Georgetown to the end of St. Augustine St., to tie into our exfiltration system at the dog park. After the discharge lines are installed we will install new pervious brick pavers at the intersection of Bridgetown Ave. and St. Augustine St. and St. Augustine St. and West Kingston Rd.
4. East Water St./Trimingham Lane - This project will include the installation of the remaining exfiltration beds on East Water St. from North Lane to East Kingston Road, and the repaving of the area, which includes the damaged pavement in front of the Fitness Center. This project will require the closure of Trimingham Lane for 2 to 3 weeks, beginning Monday, April 19th .
SummerSalt Cottage has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
