The Zen Den, located in Rosemary Beach, is a stunning home offering a tranquil setting to relax and enjoy family and friends. Enjoy your very own outdoor oasis in a fenced in courtyard surrounding the private pool and jetted spa. At one end of the pool, there is a tanning ledge which is perfect for the sunny Florida weather or for the kids to splash safely in shallow water. And, the built-in spa is amazing for cooler months. A covered area including a built-in gas grill, dining area, and fireplace complete this space. The home's 4th full bathroom is located off of the outdoor covered deck, easily accessible from the pool and outdoor dining area. Although it’s all about outdoor living at The Zen Den, you have to head indoors at some point. And, you will not be disappointed! The open living, kitchen and dining areas are the perfect gathering spot for your family after a day in the sun. Large windows and doors lining the living area allow for a beautiful view into the fenced in back yard and pool area. A unique bedding configuration includes four king beds and four twin beds, sleeping up to 12 guests. The Zen Den gives you a feeling of total seclusion in your private haven, yet it is conveniently situated within the community so you can enjoy all that Rosemary has to offer. The Zen Den sits only two minutes from the Cabana community pool and playground.

Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family’s long-lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

The Zen Den has a two vehicle driveway.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have dedicated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted “On-Street” parking is available on a first come, first served basis. “On-Street” parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in “On-Street” spaces. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in designated “Off-Street” spaces such as private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
