The Zen Den is nestled just north of Rosemary’s Town Square, keeping you near the action but tucked into your own personal oasis. It’s only a two-minute walk to the Cabana community pool and playground, but you may not want to leave your own backyard with its private pool & tanning ledge. Surrounded by natural stone and a wraparound deck, non-swimmers have plenty of places to lounge with outdoor sofas, chaise lounges, and two dining sets. A tin-roofed gazebo also features an outdoor kitchen for year-round alfresco dining, flanked by a sectional sofa and fireplace for cooler months. One of the home’s full bathrooms is located outside, just off the raised deck surrounding the pool. Inside, a fully stocked kitchen and open floor plan make entertaining indoors equally appealing, with wide plank dark floors offset by the white linen and sisal décor of the living room. You’ll also appreciate the large pantry for stashing away all the essentials. When it’s time to sleep, the Zen Den offers two king master suites plus two additional king bedrooms with twin lofts, making it perfect for multi-family vacations.

Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

1. Sky Pool Painting - Rosemary Beach anticipates the interior repaint will take two weeks, and is scheduled to start the week of April 12th. During the painting project, the pool will be closed.
2. Georgetown Ave./Tuckers Lane drainage upgrades and repaving – The work on Georgetown Ave. is now complete and the road was reopened on Tuesday April 6th. This phase of the project included the installation of a 375’ dual 12” exfiltration system with 4 new inlet structures and pervious pavers to capture any rainfall along the roadway and common areas. They are now on phase 2 which includes the installation of the new lift station on Tuckers Lane. They are currently de-watering the area in preparation of setting the new 12’deep structure that will house the pumps. They anticipate this phase to be complete within 2-3 weeks, dependent on weather and site conditions.
3. Lift Station drainage discharge lines - Material for this project is on-site, and the schedule is pending completion of the Tuckers Lane lift station. This will include the installation of 3- 8” and 1- 10” discharge lines underneath the sidewalk from West Water St. and Georgetown to the end of St. Augustine St., to tie into our exfiltration system at the dog park. After the discharge lines are installed we will install new pervious brick pavers at the intersection of Bridgetown Ave. and St. Augustine St. and St. Augustine St. and West Kingston Rd.
4. East Water St./Trimingham Lane - This project will include the installation of the remaining exfiltration beds on East Water St. from North Lane to East Kingston Road, and the repaving of the area, which includes the damaged pavement in front of the Fitness Center. This project will require the closure of Trimingham Lane for 2 to 3 weeks, beginning Monday, April 19th .
The Zen Den has designated parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
