Welcome to Footprints In The Sand, a spacious 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home specifically built with family in mind. This is a luxury home in the beautiful Seacrest Beach community along scenic 30A with a total of 6,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space. Footprints In The Sand is one of the only 6 bedroom homes in the community, giving you plenty of room to spread out and relax with your friends and family. There are 4 King masters, 2 bunk rooms, multiple outdoor porches and balconies with ceiling fans, a kid's den with toys, toddler nursery, game room with XBOX, 2 laundry areas, and a huge main living area spread out in a large main house and a separate 1 bedroom guest house. The home owners provide an assortment of games, books and toys in the home for you to enjoy during your stay. With private bathrooms in each of the master bedrooms, this home is perfect for multiple adult couples and larger families. The home can comfortably accommodate 14 guests in beds and 3 additional toddlers in the nursery upon request. This is the perfect family friendly home in a resort style beach community, equipped with everything you will need to create lasting memories and make the most out of your beach vacation. When you are ready to explore, you are only a short stroll or bike ride away from one of the largest pools on 30A, some of the area's finest dining, and local boutique shopping. Let us welcome you to the beach, and before you know it...you'll be leaving your "Footprints In The Sand".
When you arrive, you are greeted by the front porch which has a couple of rocking chairs and a ceiling fan, ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade. The first level of the main house opens from the foyer into a spacious, open floor plan including the kitchen, dining area and main living room. The high vaulted ceilings and view up to the 2nd floor landing allow tons of natural light to flow into the space. There is a gorgeous kitchen with an oversized island, large dining table and huge sectional sofa in the living room so there is no shortage of space for your family to gather after a sunny day at the beach. The large sectional sofa with recline and head rests, 65" flat screen TV, and beautiful built in entertainment center lend themselves to the perfect movie night! There is also a charging station by the sofa for all of your gadgets. When you are ready to disconnect, browse through the books provided with the home and head out to the rocking chair for a lazy day of reading. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to easily prepare fun family meals including top of the line appliances, separate ice maker, gas stove, trash compactor, and tons of extra cooking gear. The kitchen faucets and fridge offer reverse osmosis filtered water, a huge perk for the health nuts! Head outside to the back porch where you will find the gas grill and some additional seating and enjoy a beautiful view of the wooded space and nature walking trail that wrap around the Seacrest community. Downstairs, there is a fenced in yard area perfect for the little ones. Also on the first level of the home are a half bathroom and one of the home's laundry areas with full size washer and dryer.
The first floor Guest House is also accessible from the front porch entry through a separate door for private access. There is a cozy sitting area and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. The bedroom features a King bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is not a TV in the guest house at this time.
The landing at the top of the stairs on the second floor opens up to the kid's den and the home's second laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The kid's den has a sofa, TV, DVD player, carpet play area and a handful of toys and games for the little ones. There are also 3 King master suites on this level, all with their own private bathroom and flat screen TV's. The King Master Suite w/ Nursery features a private bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The Jack-n-Jill bathroom is accessible through separate doors from the nursery and the King bedroom. You will enter into the nursery from the hallway and then into the King bedroom. The nursery area has a full size crib and 2 small toddler beds. (The home sleeps 14 guests; however, 3 additional small children are allowed upon request at booking.) Both the Master Suite and Nursery have doors leading out to the shared balcony on the second floor. King Guest Master #1 is adjacent to this room featuring a private bathroom with walk-in shower and also has direct access to the shared balcony. King Guest Master #2 is on the other side of the kid's den and has a spacious private screened in porch, a relaxing oasis to enjoy the view of the natural wooded space behind the home. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and separate water closet.
The third level of the home has 2 Bunk Rooms, the Game Room with a TV (no cable), Wii and XBOX 1, a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a kitchenette and an amazing sun deck/balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, sink and toaster oven. Bunk Room #1 has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twin beds) and direct access to a private covered balcony off the front of the home. Bunk Room #2 has 1 set of bunks (2 Full beds) for 2 additional guests. The bunk rooms don't have TV's but they do have access to the awesome Game Room. The Game Room is the perfect hang-out for the young kids (and big kids too!) who enjoy video games. A few games are provided, but please make sure to bring your favorites as we can't guarantee which games will be in the home at the time you visit. Then, you can head out onto the third floor sun deck/balcony for a stunning view of the treetops and natural beauty surrounding the Seacrest community. The first half of the balcony is shaded and the second half is a spacious uncovered sun deck. Kick back in the lounge chairs and soak up the sun or enjoy an evening cocktail while you take in the calming evening breeze from the Gulf of Mexico.

The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the beach, the Village shops and restaurants and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. The Seacrest Beach Community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that passes just behind the house. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Please Note: Although this is not a pet friendly rental, the home owners have dogs. The home is thoroughly cleaned in between each and every guest or owner stay; however, anyone with pet allergies should be aware dogs are in the home when they visit. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.
