Green Wave is a spacious 4 BR/3 BA home sleeping 10-11 guests and is located in the Seacrest Beach Community along Scenic Highway 30A. With this home's prime location in the community and the added amenity of a private pool and patio dining area, this will be the perfect vacation home for your family!!! This home is right in the heart of the action just moments from the 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool, the Village of South Walton restaurants & shops, scenic Hwy 30A and the pristine white sandy beach! With Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Inlet Beach all within a short walk or bike ride, you are surrounded by great food, unique boutique shopping and fun activities for the whole family!
On the first level of the home, the kitchen and dining area flow into the living area so you can spread out and enjoy some relaxation with the family in the open living space. Enjoy Netflix capability in the home's living area and third floor Bunk Room as well as flat screen TV's in every room. A full/queen sleeper sofa is available upon request for 1 additional guest. There is a King Guest Bedroom on the main level and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Jack-n-Jill style bathroom is accessible from the King bedroom and the main living area. Head outside to the back of the home where you can relax on the covered porch or lounge by the private pool on your spacious open air patio. Soak up some Florida sunshine or splash in the pool while cooking out on the home's gas grill and enjoy outdoor dining with the family on the spacious patio.
On the second level of the home, you will find the King Master Suite with an en suite bathroom and private balcony. The bathroom features a double vanity, large jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Also on the second level is a Queen Guest Bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination and a private balcony.
Head up to the third level of the home where you can take in the incredible partial Gulf view from one of the third floor balconies, one on the front of the home and one on the back of the home! Sip your morning cup of coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf or round out your evening with a glass of wine while you take in the sunset over the emerald water! Also on the third level is a Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins).
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations!
***This home does not have designated parking. Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis behind and in front of the home.The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the Beach, the shops of Seacrest and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. The Seacrest Beach community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that wraps around the community. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects. Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
