Get away from the crowds and traffic of Destin and the high-rises of Panama City Beach and enjoy your vacation in this exclusive private community along scenic 30A. This charming home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 12 guests. Take in incredible sunrise and sunset views of the Gulf and the community pool from the third floor sun decks. The home is located near the front of the community only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and just across the street from the 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the Village of South Walton and the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach to enjoy some of the area's finest dining and shopping venues.
There is no mistaking you are at the beach when you enter into the large, open floor plan filled with adorable beach decor, light colors and a bright and airy kitchen. The living space is filled with natural light and a large, comfy sofa for your family to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, white cabinets and stunning white granite countertops. The dining area is tucked between the kitchen and living room making family meals easy to enjoy in the flowing, open floor plan. Just past the kitchen, you will find the first floor guest bedroom with a queen bed and private door access to the covered porch on the back of the home. The gas grill is located on the back porch. The guest bedroom and main living space share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second level of the home, you will find the large king master bedroom which features an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom has a luxurious rainfall shower head and separate spa tub. The private balcony overlooks the quaint streets of the Seacrest community. At the other end of the home, there is a guest master bedroom with a king bed and a twin daybed with trundle. The guest master has a private bath with a tub/shower combination and private balcony with a community view.
Just when you think this home can’t possibly get any better, you find the stairs to the third story loft with 2 sets of bunks (4 twins). The third-floor bunk room has two huge sunning decks, one on each side! You will enjoy astonishing sunrise and sunset views of the Gulf and the community's 12,000 square-foot Lagoon pool from the balconies. Each bedroom in this home is beautifully decorated and has a flat screen TV. We also have password-protected hi-speed WiFi internet.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations!
The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the beach, the shops and restaurants in the Village of South Walton and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. The Seacrest Beach Community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that wraps around the community. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
