Welcome to Mer Soleil in the Seacrest Beach Community! Mer Soleil translates to "Sea Sun" and you will enjoy plenty of both during your visit to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was designed with total comfort in mind. Personal touches throughout the home include artwork hand-painted by the homeowner, select linens imported from Thailand, and unique decor collected by the family over their years of traveling and visiting Seacrest Beach. The eclectic mix of furnishings leaves no doubt that you are enjoying a family beach home. And, just because it's "comfy", that doesn't mean you are missing out on any amenities. The spacious floor plan features 3 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom and balcony. There is also a full bathroom on the main living level with a walk-in shower, easily accessible from the outdoor shower area and laundry room making it easy to come in from a long day at the beach. The third-floor wet bar and shared balcony are the perfect space to kick back at the end of the day as you watch the sunset over the beautiful Seacrest community rooftops.

Community Amenities ~ Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in close proximity to some of the area's most popular dining and shopping venues. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and activities within a short walk or bike ride in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. And, of course, you can lounge on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The Emerald Coast is known worldwide for its sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand. The 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool in Seacrest is one of the most unique pools on 30A, featuring multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs! Seacrest also provides a complimentary Beach Tram service (during the months of March – October) that runs throughout the community, taking guests to and from the beach, shops of Seacrest, and the largest pool on 30A!

Mer Soleil has a 3-car driveway. On-street parking for additional vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home and are issued at the time of check-in. Parking permits/hang tags must be displayed and clearly visible at all times when parked in on-street spaces. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
