Sixteen Sandals is a spacious 3 BR/3.5 BA home located in Seacrest Beach, Florida along the gorgeous Emerald Coast. The home sleeps 8 guests...so kick off all "sixteen sandals" at the door and relax in this adorable beach house! The serene outdoor space and layout of the home creates an atmosphere perfect for spending time with your family and making lasting memories. You can relax in the spacious living area, prepare a family meal in the beautiful kitchen or stroll out onto one of the home's many porches & balconies to soak up some Florida sunshine! From the back of the home, you can take in the natural beauty of the wooded preserve that backs right up to the home. The home features granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, beautiful furnishings throughout and complimentary WiFi. Within a short walk/bike ride, you will find many great shops, restaurants, bars and other activities not only in Seacrest Beach but also in the neighboring communities of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach.
When you arrive at the home, you are immediately welcomed by flowing palm trees and a covered front porch leading up to the home's entryway. Enter through the foyer into the open floor plan living space. The first floor of the home features a comfy living area with large flat screen TV, beautifully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler, dining table with seating for 6 and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also on the first floor are a half bath, laundry area and the King Master Bedroom. The King Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV, private bathroom and French doors leading out to the oversized porch on the back of the home. The Master Bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The large porch on the back of the home is also accessible from the main living area and leads down to the grilling area, patio dining and natural wooded preserve.
On the second floor, you will find 2 guest bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The Bunk Room is located at the front of the home and has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds). The Bunk Room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Seacrest community. At the back of the home, you will find a King Guest Bedroom with a tub/shower combination in the private bathroom. This room also has a private balcony overlooking the wooded preserve. A pack-n-play is provided with this home as well as kid friendly dishes and cups in the kitchen so this home is perfect for the little ones!
The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the Beach, the shops of Seacrest and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. Seacrest Beach Community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that passes just behind the house. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

- RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance must be purchased prior to the final payment on your reservation. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Amenities may be ordered prior to or during your stay. Amenities must be confirmed 10 days prior to arrival.
