Sunnyside Up is a luxury home along the world famous beaches of South Walton in the private, resort community of Seacrest Beach. This gorgeous, two story home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. This is easily one of the nicest homes in the community, with one of the largest and most inviting floor plans in the neighborhood. The property boasts a spacious, open living and dining area for lounging or entertaining, a second large media room for the family or kids with 50" flat screen TV, an amazing built-in bunk room the kids will love, a walkout basement to a shaded outdoor living area facing the nature trail, antique hardwood floors, barn doors, and many other unique features. Within minutes, you can enjoy the shimmering Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand beach as well as the largest pool on 30A! Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach to explore some of the area's greatest shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.
The entry from the covered front porch opens into the beautiful and spacious main level of the home. Directly inside is the stunning living room which is flooded with natural light and features a vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing with the family. The open floor plan flows easily into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining area for 8. In addition, there is also a breakfast bar with additional seating. Just past the living area, you will find the first guest bedroom with two twin beds and a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower. The Jack-n-Jill style hallway bathroom is accessible from the twin guest bedroom and the hallway off the main living area. Across the hall from the twin bedroom is a spacious laundry room. At the end of the hall, you will find 2 master suites. The king master bedroom has a private bathroom and small private balcony overlooking the nature walking trail. The master bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and separate water closet. The guest master bedroom features a king bed, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
This unique split level floor plan then leads downstairs to the basement level bunk room, media room and seating area with a large flat screen TV. Just past the media room on the back of the home, there is a large outdoor patio and grilling area with seating for six that overlooks the nature walking trail that wraps around the community. The fourth bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) perfect for children. There is a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom accessible from the media room as well as the bunk room. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This home also has complimentary WiFi, an outdoor shower ideal for washing off after a day at the beach, and two designated off-street parking spaces. This is the perfect home away from home with the comfortable, cozy feel your family is sure to love and the beautiful beaches of 30A just minutes from your door!

The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the beach, the Village shops and restaurants and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. The Seacrest Beach Community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that passes just behind the house. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area.

Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
