The Upper Deck is a gorgeous 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home perfect for a truly relaxing beach vacation. The close-by, pristine beaches of 30A were the obvious inspiration for this home, designed with neutral, calming tones and pops of color throughout. Blue, aqua and coral accents throughout the home set the mood for relaxation. The home is furnished with unique beach inspired decor and one of a kind accessories, all a constant reminder that you are just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The spacious, open floor plan living and dining areas and modern kitchen on the first floor of the home are the perfect place to gather with family and friends. On the second and third floors, you will find the home's 5 bedrooms and a large third floor "upper deck" overlooking the Seacrest Beach Community. Stroll over to the 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool just around the corner for a swim or head to the beach for some fun in the sand. With some of the area's most popular dining and shopping venues just a short stroll away in the Seacrest, Rosemary, Alys and Inlet Beach communities, there will be plenty of great food, fun activities and boutique shopping to enjoy.
The entire first level of this home is a spacious open floor plan including the living area, dining area, kitchen, and half bathroom as well as a covered front porch so you can relax in the shade while overlooking the quaint streets of the community. The living area hosts a large flat screen TV and comfy seating for the whole family. The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to create gourmet dinners. The dining area seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Flat Screen TV's are located in every room throughout the home so you can kick back and relax when you need a break from the beach. And, you can leave the beach outside using the home's outdoor shower located just off the kitchen's side door.
The second level of the home includes 2 King Bedrooms. The King Master Bedroom is connected to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Jack-n-Jill bathroom also has a separate door leading out to the hallway landing at the top of the stairs. The King Guest Bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of space to store the one of a kind shopping treasures you are sure to find along 30A. This room has access to a hallway bathroom which features a luxurious walk-in shower. The laundry area is located in the hallway between the 2 King bedrooms with top of the line stackable washer & dryer.
Stroll up to the third floor where you can relax on the over-sized "upper deck" overlooking the Seacrest Beach Community. Three guest bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom are also located on the third floor. The first guest bedroom is a Bunk Room featuring 3 custom size built-in beds perfect for the little ones. The second Bunk Room on this floor includes a Twin over Full bunk bed. The third Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed. The beautiful shared Hallway Bathroom includes a walk-in shower. This level also has a spacious linen closet off of the hallway.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations!
The Seacrest Beach Community has many unique shops, restaurants and activities. A Complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the Beach, the shops of Seacrest and the largest pool on 30A! The 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool has multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to kick back in one of the pools many lounge chairs. The Seacrest Beach community also has a 1.3 mile shaded walking trail that wraps around the community. Seacrest Beach, Florida, located along Scenic Highway 30A, is known to be one of the quietest and most tranquil beach communities in the area. 30A Cottages will arrange all your plans and concierge needs prior to and during your stay! Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***This home does not have designated parking. You have access to off-street parking in the front of the home as well as additional parking spots directly behind the home, available on a first come, first served basis.Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
