"Seabiscuit" is a beautiful, family friendly, custom-designed home, south of Scenic 30A in the popular community of Summer's Edge. Located in Seagrove Beach, you are only a short bike ride away from Seaside and Watercolor and this is the perfect beach house for families looking to vacation to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! With 3 bedrooms, an additional bunk area, crows nest, and 3 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The decorations in the home give it a beachy vibe throughout. Complete with multiple lounging decks, the Seabiscuit is also only 30 steps from the seasonally heated community pool! The community pool is typically heated from November-April, but this is subject to change and is ultimately up to the private HOA. There is also a second community pool within walking distance from the home, on Chelsea Loop Rd. Just a short stroll away from your front door is the private community beach access, and you can rinse off in the outdoor shower at this home when you're done!
When you walk up the stairs to the front covered porch of the home, you will find a relaxing swing for two. It is perfect for those that like to sit back and listen to the wonderful sound of the waves from the Gulf. Inside, you will notice the beautiful hardwood flooring in the spacious living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area includes a 37 inch Flat Screen TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with all stainless steel appliances, and also includes a Keurig coffee maker and Brew Station. There is a charming dining area with seating for 6 guests and breakfast bar with seating for 3 additional guests. On the side porch, you can throw dinner on the Weber gas grill while enjoying the Gulf breeze. As you pass through the main living and dining area, you will find the main floor full bathroom, including a tub/shower combination. At the back of the home, you will find the first Guest Bedroom. It has beautiful, brightly colored beach themed decorations, with a Queen sized bed.
Walk up the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the two second floor Master Suites, both with king-size beds. The first Master Suite boasts a private en-suite bathroom, complete with a large Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. This room also has access to a covered porch with three rocking chairs. The second Master Suite also has an en-suite bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower. The hallway bunk area is perfect for the kids, with two twin beds, and room to play. The owners of this home provide multiple extras for the kids, which is one reason that this home is great for families with children. These extras include: A baby monitor, booster seat with tray, a bed rail for the bottom level of the bunk bed, a collection of family movies, a red wagon to haul toys to the beach, and a huge chest full of activities and board games! **Although we will do our best to keep all of these items in the house, we cannot guarantee the exact count due to unforeseen circumstances if something is broken and has to be removed.
On the third level of the home, you will find the tower room "crow's nest" and another deck to enjoy. There is also a pull-out full size sofa bed and a mini-bar overlooking the ocean. This area is great for an extra sleeping space for a child, or for the children to hang out, lounge on the couch, and play games. Seabiscuit has such a relaxing atmosphere...the only decision you'll have to make is whether to spend the day at the beach, pool, golf course, shopping, bicycling, or just taking a nap!

There is a designated spot in the 1 vehicle driveway to the left of the home and room for 2 addt'l standard size vehicles in front of the home. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. Also, golf carts are not allowed in this community.

- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance must be purchased prior to the final payment on your reservation. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Amenities may be ordered prior to or during your stay. Amenities must be confirmed 10 days prior to arrival.
