Of course, the main reason you are here is to enjoy the pristine, sugar white sand beach and sparkling emerald water along 30A, which are only minutes from your front door! The Bungalows community is secluded on a quiet street just a couple of blocks from scenic 30A and only a 3-4 minute walk to the public beach access. Take a refreshing splash in one of the two community pools or soak in the community hot tub. The community pools are not heated. The community hot tub is heated year round from approximately 9 am to 9 pm each day. If you prefer a leisurely stroll, it only takes a few minutes to visit nearby restaurants including Café 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria & Pasta, the Donut Hut, and Brozinni's Pizza. Or, you can hop on the bike path and explore all that 30A has to offer. Centrally located along the 19 mile scenic stretch of Hwy 30A, you can visit communities such as Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton to the West and WaterSound, Seacrest, and Rosemary to the East.
Welcome to Captiva, an adorable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage located in the quaint Bungalows community in Seagrove Beach. Captiva can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Unit # 128 is tucked away near the back of the community for added privacy and has beautiful views of the surrounding wooded area and wetlands. The first level of the home features the living area, kitchen and dining area with ample seating for your family. There is also a half bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Head upstairs to the second level where you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Twin bed, a set of Full bunks, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have direct access to the shared balcony, perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening while the sun sets over the tranquil Seagrove community. There is also a small charcoal grill available on the front porch.
30A Cottages will arrange all your plans and concierge needs prior to and during your stay! Services include but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, babysitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
