It's time to "Seas The Day" and plan your 30A beach vacation! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pet-friendly beach house is located in the sought after Seagrove Beach area of 30A and accommodates up to 16 guests. The unique layout can work for multiple families with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to spread out and relax. There is a 3 bedrooms cottage downstairs and a 1 bedroom apartment upstairs, both with their own kitchen. There is a separate entrance, if needed for additional privacy, to access the upstairs apartment. But, the home rents all together as one large family home! Relax in Adirondack chairs by the fire table in the fenced-in courtyard, play a fun game of corn hole, enjoy dinner under the stars at the picnic table and grilling area, or hop on a bike and head to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The closest public beach access is just a short 5-6 minute walk or 1-minute bike ride. There are 4 adult bikes included so you can easily explore the beautiful stretch of scenic 30A winding through the coastal dune lakes and beach communities. If you are looking for a true "Old Florida" beach house where your family can kick back in total comfort and make long-lasting memories, then this is the perfect home for you!

Community Amenities ~ Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A. Of course, the main reason you are here is to enjoy the pristine, sugar white sand beach and sparkling emerald water along 30A, which are only minutes from your front door!

Seas The Day has parking for up to 3 vehicles. The parking lines the front of the home and Belmar Dr. Please make sure you are parked in the designated areas and not blocking through traffic on Belmar Dr. Parking in the lot next door at Clay Garden & Pottery is not allowed.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***PETS: Up to two pets are allowed up to 25 lbs each (upon approval by 30A Cottages at booking). There will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet in addition to any quoted rates. You must notify us at booking if you plan to bring pets. Additional cleaning and laundering is scheduled in the home after each pet-friendly stay and must be scheduled in advance. If booking online, the pet fee may not be automatically included. Once you notify us you are bringing pets, the pet fee will be added and charged to the card on file in your reservation. If we are not notified in advance and evidence of pets is discovered after your departure, there is a $500 pet violation fee for scheduling last minute/same day cleaning and laundering services.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
