Welcome to Seas The Day! If you’re looking for a true “Old Florida” beach house that can accommodate a crowd, you better “seas” this opportunity. This pet-friendly cottage is two homes in one, featuring three bedrooms downstairs and a bunk room upstairs – each with their own kitchen and dining tables. The upstairs apartment offers a separate entrance if needed as well as a sundeck with chairs and lounges. When it’s time to gather, you’ll appreciate flexible seating in the downstairs living room, as well as plenty of space in the fenced-in backyard. You can play a game of corn hole, eat dinner under the stars at the picnic table and grilling area, or lounge in the Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire table. Of course you came for the beach, and the nearest access is only one minute by bike or five minutes on foot. You also have access to the owner’s golf cart should you want to grab a bite at nearby Old Florida Fish House, The Perfect Pig, or Café 30A.

The homeowner generously allows guests to use their personal golf cart as an added amenity with rental of their home. Refunds/Credits will not be issued if the golf cart becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to repair/parts malfunctioning. Repairs will be made in a timely manner; however, the added amenity of the golf cart cannot be guaranteed. If replacement parts need to be ordered, it can sometimes take multiple days to receive the parts and complete the repair. And, there is a possibility of delays when dealing with outside vendor appointments.
Community Amenities ~ Centrally located along Scenic Highway 30A, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the nearby beach shops and restaurants. The neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach are easily accessible by bike.

Seas The Day has parking for up to 3 vehicles. The parking lines the front of the home and Belmar Dr. Please make sure you are parked in the designated areas and not blocking through traffic on Belmar Dr. Parking in the lot next door at Clay Garden & Pottery is not allowed.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.
~ Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible. Some services are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.
