This Gulf-front condo truly offers the "Beach Life". Just moments after arriving you can have your toes in the sand thanks to direct beach access from the private back balcony (a rare feature for 30A condos). Located in Seagrove Beach approximately halfway between Seaside and The Hub, you’ll be hidden from the crowds but still centrally located to some of the area’s best shops and restaurants. However, you may not want to leave thanks to French windows lining the back wall, allowing emerald water views from anywhere in the kitchen, living or dining room. Sliding glass doors open up to the expansive, covered balcony, which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book in the breeze or toasting an iconic 30A sunset. This three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep eight with the ease of one-story living, making it the perfect escape for families or friends.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.

Parking
Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles per condo in designated parking spots, anyone found with more than two vehicles will be towed via the building manager. Two parking passes will be provided in the condo and must be displayed at all times during your stay.

(Note: Homeowners do have dogs, therefore anyone with allergies to dogs will need to be conscious of this.)

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.

Condo was great. Lovely view. Fabulous location. Layout is wonderful for multiple guests. Kitchen spacious, lots of room for everyone to sit. Larger patio. Super close to beach which we loved. Bathrooms need a makeover but I would definitely rebook for next year.

The location was beautiful! It’s located on a private beach so there is no over crowding. The condo was beautiful and spacious! My favorite part was drinking coffee on the deck each morning and admiring the incredible view. It was just me and my husband but it would be a perfect spot for a family vacation.

We had a lovely time staying at 'Beach Life.' The unit was perfect for our family + another family to share. We loved having direct beach access. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with anything you need to make dinner at home. We enjoyed having dinners on the back deck. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! We will be back again :)

Fabulous in every way. Sugar Dunes is a long time favorite of my family’s and this stay was just as magical: dolphins at sunset, blue heron sightings and crisp white sands. Will be back!

This has been the best experience ever!This place has it all, spacious rooms, we were right on the beach. The decoration and comfort of this condo makes it feel like home. We felt so comfortable that even my 4 year old was calling it home! I will definitely go back! Thanks for everything!!!

We arrived on Christmas Eve, but had no worries at all as the team at 30a Cottages had made sure that we knew everything about the unit and where to find everything we would need even though the office would be closed. The unit was at a fabulous location. Complete oceanfront view with a large balcony right off the beach. There are some parts to the unit that needs a little updating like the master bathroom, but it did not lessen our awesome week. It was clean, bright, and well equipped. Would definitely book this unit again.

I rented this condo for a week in October for me, my mom and my Aunt. The location is perfect and I loved that we had direct access to the sand! I’ve rented several condos and houses over the years and this one will be at the top of my list to rent again in the future!

The place was great and an awesome price. We were in town for the Seaside Half Marathon and it was perfect for what we needed. Loved the amount of bedroom space and the location on the beach was prime. They also had comfy deck furniture and beach items to use. Would come back for sure!

Everything was wonderful..amazing view .Right on the Gulf and steps right down to the beach. Plenty of room, and an easy kitchen to work out of. We had one issue with an electrical outlet and they got it fixed right away. The only change I would recommend would be making at least one bath with hand grips. Would definitely stay against. And recommend to friends.

Thank you and yes! We enjoyed our week at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed having access to the beach directly from the deck. The condo itself was spacious and fairly updated. We loved all of the windows and doors on the back which allowed us to see the ocean as soon as we walked into the Kitchen/Living Room. You all were great to work with and very quick to respond to any of our requests. We would definitely rent Beach Life again and also rent with 30a Cottages.

The views from the condo as well as the proximity are amazing. Very helpful if you have kids and need to carry a lot to the beach, or if you forgot something you can go back really quickly to get said item. For those in the group that didn’t want to spend all day at the beach but still wanted to enjoy the beach, the balcony was perfect. It offered shade as well as room for little ones to run around. The only thing that i would recommend is if you have a small child going too, maybe bring a baby gate. There are two small steps leading off of the kitchen area and the hallway, so if you have a curious toddler, it might be worth while to you to have a gate in both these areas.

We truly enjoyed our Spring Break at Beach Life. This is a large and comfortable apartment. We are a family of 5, so with three bedrooms and three full baths we had plenty of room to stretch out. Its location is great as well: away from the Spring Break bustle and traffic but close enough to bike to Seaside or The Hub; and located East of the lake also provides that true private beach feeling. We will definitely book again for next year!

This property is awesome!! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms with fabulous view directly on the beach. Even tho our weekend was rainy, we cocooned and enjoyed watching the storms roll in over the gulf from the spacious and comfortable deck. We will definitely return

Sugar Dunes is a nice gated beachfront community convenient to Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach. Walk right off your deck to chairs and umbrellas setup for you at the beach. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Offers satellite tv, wifi, DVD, games and more. We had a very enjoyable week!

Loved the layout of the condo and it's proximity to the gulf-you just step out the back and a short flight of steps puts your feet on the white sandy beach. The condo was very clean and fresh with plush linens and nice amenities. Also, 30A Cottages and Concierge staff was amazing and very patient with this senior and all my questions! Will definitely return
