Come enjoy Ain’t Misbehavin in the WaterColor community with access to all of the amenities including the WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor to name a few. If you wish to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of the community, you have a private pool with lounge area, covered grill area, and wood-burning fireplace. The open floor plan on the first floor allows you to enjoy the living area with multiple sitting areas and gas fireplace, while utilizing the expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops to cook family dinners. The second floor offers a king master suite and two queen guest suites, all with their own private bathrooms. The second floor landing leads to a balcony with sitting area for lounging with a view of the pool and lead over to the carriage house, that has its own stairway to the pool area. The carriage house offers its own living area, kitchenette, and king master bedroom with full bathroom with walk-in shower. The third floor is a child’s paradise with two bunks rooms, a living area, and a media room for a movie night anytime. Ain’t Misbehavin offers a little slice of paradise away from home for everyone to enjoy!

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time.  Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis.  Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.



Parking

Ain’t Misbehavin has designated parking for two-three vehicles in the driveway, with additional spots in front of the home that are on a first come first serve basis.



WaterColor will only issue two parking passes per property.  Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed.  WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.



Reservation/Booking Policy

***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com.  We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.  We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed.  A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply.  Ask for details when booking.  If arriving within 30 days, the optional insurance must be added at the time of booking.

~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
