The condo is only steps from the Beach Club, private beach access, and sparkling emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the third and fourth floors of the condominium building, you can take in spectacular partial Gulf views over the surrounding rooftops. NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. The Camp WaterColor expansion has been mostly re-opened as of March 9, 2019. However, there are still some items in progress that will be completed in early 2019. There are now 3 pools, including a lazy river for the kiddos! The pool heaters have not yet been installed on the 2nd pool or the lazy river; however, the original pool will be heated for Spring Break. The basketball courts and tennis courts have been re-opened. There will eventually be a new arcade, restaurant, bar, and a waterslide! Temporary food and beverage services will be put in place to accommodate guests until the restaurant and bar are completed. The bar should be completed by mid-March and the restaurant by mid-April. The waterslide is projected to open before Summer 2019. There is not an ETA on the arcade at this time. We do not have exact dates for the completion of all items but we will update our listings as we get more information.
The Beach Club will be completely revamped to include three separate pools! Upgrades include a new family pool with restrooms, a new resort pool, a new restaurant and bar, new dune level grill and a third level adult terrace. The complete expansion is projected to take between 12-24 months. The Beach Club and pool areas will be completely closed during the first phase of the project and will reopen in phases with at least one pool projected to open around late May or early June, 2019.
During the construction process at the Beach Club, food and beverage will be available from Fish Out Of Water, which is now accessible from the beach boardwalk. Access to the beach, rental chairs, towel service, and alternative restroom options are still available. Bike parking will still be available on the lawn in the Town Center. However, parking at the Beach Club and town square is extremely limited.
***Keep in mind, the project could be delayed and these dates are tentative. However, there are multiple pools and play areas throughout the WaterColor community so you will still have access to the open pools and parks.
WaterColor will only issue two parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking, and pets are NOT allowed on the property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party.
