Everyone needs to "Playmore"!  Playmore is a 3453 sq. ft, 2 story, 4BR/ 4.5BA cottage with a bonus bunk room comfortably accommodating 12 guests.  This luxurious home has it all...hardwood floors, shiplap walls, custom window dressings, granite countertops, custom cabinetry,  12 ft ceilings and calming aqua and coral colors throughout.  With 2,025 sq ft of additional outdoor living space, your family can kick back and relax in style.  The main living area opens up to a huge screened in porch perfect for outdoor dining or an evening cocktail.  You can sip your coffee in front of the outdoor fireplace and enjoy comfortable temperatures year round!  The attention to detail, eclectic artwork and professional decor make Playmore the perfect beach house and a one of a kind home in the premium WaterColor Beach community! 



The main level of Playmore hosts a spacious entertaining/living area with floor to ceiling windows letting in tons of natural light.  The white shiplap walls and modern decor create an instant feeling of relaxation.  The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern, simple lines and a huge island looking into the spacious open concept living area. Custom cabinets and granite counter-tops tie it all together. Once you are done in the kitchen, stroll outside to your screened-in porch with its cozy sitting area around the wood burning fireplace.  The spacious screened-in porch is the perfect extension of the main living area especially in the gorgeous Fall/Spring weather.  Just outside, there is also a large patio, gas grill and picnic table for outdoor dining.  Also on the first floor of the home is a King Guest Master Bedroom complete with a flat screen TV and private bathroom with soaking tub and large custom tiled shower.



Just atop the stairs on the second floor landing, you will find a Den area with flat screen TV and the bonus Bunk Room with 2 sets of built in beds (4 twins).  There is a walk-through bathroom with access from the Den area on one end and access from Queen Guest Bedroom #1 on the other. The bathroom is shared with the Bunk Room as well.  Closest to the bedroom is a walk-in shower and single vanity and through the second door is another single vanity and toilet which is accessible from the Den.  Queen Guest Bedroom #2 has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  There is a large open-air balcony on the second level of the home.  Also on the second floor is the Master Suite with King bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious Master Bathroom.  The bathroom has dual vanities, a custom tiled walk-in shower and separate tub. It's the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach!



This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations!  (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018.  Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes.  Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)

But with almost half of its 499 acres set aside for open space and preservation, WaterColor’s emphasis is clearly on the breathtaking natural environment that surrounds it. 



30A Cottages will arrange all your plans and concierge needs prior to and during your stay! Services include, but are not limited to: bike and beach chair rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, catered dinners or prepared meals, beach bonfires, kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant recommendations, and spa services. ***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed.  WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property.  This home has private parking for 3-4 vehicles.  Additional parking passes may be issued, but only if requested with at least 2 week's notice.  Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.



NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.




The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite among guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities.  ***Projected plans are shown in the photos for this home.



Camp WaterColor Expansion Project:  Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be early 2019 prior to Spring Break.  However, dates are not guaranteed since delays could occur.  The Camp pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts will be completely closed for the duration of the project.  Once open, the project may open in phases, meaning not all amenities are guaranteed to be available at the same time.  The lazy river is not anticipated to be complete until Summer 2019 or later.




Beach Club Project:  The Beach Club and pool will be closed starting on 9/4/18.  The complete expansion is projected to take between 12-24 months.  The Beach Club and pool areas will be completely closed during the first phase of the project, which is projected to last until early summer 2019.  Plans include opening the beach club area in phases with at least one pool available around early Summer 2019; however, dates have not been announced and could change at any time during construction.  The HOA has confirmed beach access will still be available in the same location, adjacent to the Beach Club. Towels will be distributed from a check-in gate on the boardwalk. Bike parking will still be available on the lawn in Town Center. Resort and homeowner beach chair rentals will be handled on the beach at the Beach Hut. Food and beverage will be available from Fish Out Of Water, which is now accessible from the boardwalk.


 


***Keep in mind, there are multiple pools and play areas throughout the WaterColor community so you will still have access to the open pools and parks. 




Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year.  Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands.  There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community.  Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects. 



Reservation/ Booking Policy:

- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES

- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.

- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply.  Ask for details.  (Insurance is Optional.)

- Concierge services are available.  We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
