The main level of Playmore hosts a spacious entertaining/living area with floor to ceiling windows letting in tons of natural light. The white shiplap walls and modern decor create an instant feeling of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern, simple lines and a huge island looking into the spacious open concept living area. Custom cabinets and granite counter-tops tie it all together. Once you are done in the kitchen, stroll outside to your screened-in porch with its cozy sitting area around the wood burning fireplace. The spacious screened-in porch is the perfect extension of the main living area especially in the gorgeous Fall/Spring weather. Just outside, there is also a large patio, gas grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Also on the first floor of the home is a King Guest Master Bedroom complete with a flat screen TV and private bathroom with soaking tub and large custom tiled shower.
Just atop the stairs on the second floor landing, you will find a Den area with flat screen TV and the bonus Bunk Room with 2 sets of built in beds (4 twins). There is a walk-through bathroom with access from the Den area on one end and access from Queen Guest Bedroom #1 on the other. The bathroom is shared with the Bunk Room as well. Closest to the bedroom is a walk-in shower and single vanity and through the second door is another single vanity and toilet which is accessible from the Den. Queen Guest Bedroom #2 has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a large open-air balcony on the second level of the home. Also on the second floor is the Master Suite with King bed, flat screen TV, and a luxurious Master Bathroom. The bathroom has dual vanities, a custom tiled walk-in shower and separate tub. It's the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach!

***WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. This home has private parking for 3-4 vehicles. Additional parking passes may be issued, but only if requested with at least 2 week's notice. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
WaterColor Expansion Project

The Camp WaterColor expansion has been re-opened! There are now 3 pools, including a lazy river for the kiddos! Lifeguards have been employed for the water-slide that is now open to the masses. The basketball courts and tennis courts have also been re-opened. The restaurant and bar are now available to guests as well! There will eventually be a merchandise/sundries stand, which work will begin on shortly. And, plans are in place to install a new arcade in the future, but there is not an ETA on the arcade at this time. We do not have exact dates for the completion of all items but we will update our listings as we get more information from the HOA.
The Beach Club will be completely revamped to include three separate pools and many new upgrades! Upgrades include a new family pool with restrooms, a new resort pool, a new restaurant and bar, new dune level grill and a third level adult terrace. As of July 4th, 2019, the first phase has been opened so there is one pool currently available at the Beach Club! The complete expansion is projected to take between 12-24 months and will reopen in phases as certain areas are completed. The second phase will include the restaurant and two new lower deck pools. We do not have a current ETA on the completion of phase two. During the project, food and beverage service for the pool deck will still be available from Fish Out Of Water. Access to the beach is still available using the boardwalk between the Beach Club and the WaterColor Inn. Rental chairs, towel service, and alternative restroom options are also available. Bike parking will still be available on the lawn in the Town Center. However, parking at the Beach Club and town square is extremely limited.***Keep in mind, the project could be delayed and these dates are tentative. However, there are multiple pools and play areas throughout the WaterColor community so you will still have access to the open pools and parks.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.
