Modernly styled, with a mix of earthy organic decor and pops of color, this bright and beautiful beach home exudes a feeling of relaxation from the second you step foot in the door. The spacious second floor living area is bright and airy with tons of natural light flowing in through the large windows. If you feel the need for even more dining and lounge space, head outside to your outdoor oasis with completely outfitted porches and balconies, gas grill, large back yard with private pool and poolside seating. This is the perfect lounging area for your family. Total greatness in size, character, and location, this dream home sets the bar for luxury in the Watercolor community. Sea-esta is only a 1-2 minute walk from the main WaterColor square shops and dining and just a short 4-5 minute walk to the Beach Club, gorgeous white sand and sparkling emerald water in the Gulf of Mexico!
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a cozy sitting area with double doors opening up to the pool-level deck and amazing pool courtyard. Two of the King bedrooms have private bathrooms with a tub/shower combination and the third King room has a spacious bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 4th bathroom is a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination which is shared by the Twin Bedroom and the first floor common areas. Sit back and relax in the rocking chairs or the porch swing on the covered front porch on the front side of the home or lounge on the covered porch overlooking the pool at the back of the home. The back porch is furnished with plenty of seating and a gas grill for poolside dining. The patio surrounding the pool offers additional lounge chairs and umbrellas. For your convenience, there is an outdoor half bathroom near the pool area and also an outdoor shower.
The second floor opens up into the luxurious main living area. Here you'll find a bright and open concept living area with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa. There is also a separate reading area with 2 chairs behind the sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a delicious family dinner and complete with top of the line appliances, beautiful countertops, custom cabinets, a large farm sink and dual sided breakfast bars. There is adequate dining space for your family with 6 stools at the breakfast bars and 8-10 at the dining table. The living area also extends out to a fully-furnished covered balcony overlooking the pool with an outdoor dining table for 6 and 2 additional chairs for lounging. Also on the 2nd floor is the Grand Master Suite with a King bed and large flat screen TV. The Master has a private bathroom with a double vanity, beautiful claw-foot soaking tub, spacious walk-in shower, walk-in closet and separate water closet. Just before you head up the stairs to the third floor, there is a full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower which is shared by the living area and the 3rd floor Loft Bedroom.
The third floor is the huge Loft Bedroom and "Kid's Den". This room features a Queen bed and 4 Twin beds, 2 of which are built in with drawers underneath for storage. Also, you will find built in wall cubbies with games to keep the little ones entertained. A large play area in the middle of the room and cushioned bench seating give the kids plenty of room to spread out and play. The home can accommodate up to 16 guests if 2 children share the Queen bed in the Loft Bedroom.

***WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
WaterColor Expansion ProjectReservation/Booking Policy

The Camp WaterColor expansion has been re-opened! There are now 3 pools, including a lazy river for the kiddos! Lifeguards have been employed for the water-slide that is now open to the masses. The basketball courts and tennis courts have also been re-opened. The restaurant and bar are now available to guests as well! There will eventually be a merchandise/sundries stand, which work will begin on shortly. And, plans are in place to install a new arcade in the future, but there is not an ETA on the arcade at this time. We do not have exact dates for the completion of all items but we will update our listings as we get more information from the HOA.
The Beach Club will be completely revamped to include three separate pools and many new upgrades! Upgrades include a new family pool with restrooms, a new resort pool, a new restaurant and bar, new dune level grill and a third level adult terrace. As of July 4th, 2019, the first phase has been opened so there is one pool currently available at the Beach Club! The complete expansion is projected to take between 12-24 months and will reopen in phases as certain areas are completed. The second phase will include the restaurant and two new lower deck pools. We do not have a current ETA on the completion of phase two. The Beach Club will be closed on Mondays throughout this process. During the project, food and beverage service for the pool deck will still be available from Fish Out Of Water. Access to the beach is still available using the boardwalk between the Beach Club and the WaterColor Inn. Rental chairs, towel service, and alternative restroom options are also available. Bike parking will still be available on the lawn in the Town Center. However, parking at the Beach Club and town square is extremely limited.
***Keep in mind, the project could be delayed and these dates are tentative. However, there are multiple pools and play areas throughout the WaterColor community so you will still have access to the open pools and parks.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.
***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking and pets are NOT allowed on property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Violations of this policy or any terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement are subject to a fine or evacuation from the property.
