This home is only steps to the main WaterColor square and just a short walk to the Beach Club and gorgeous white sand! What's not to love? The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a cozy den with double doors opening up to the pool-level deck. Note: The photos of the home represent the bedding configuration before the remodel. The first floor will have 3 King Guest Masters all with their own private bathroom. And the bunk beds in the 4th bedroom will be replaced by 2 standard Twin beds. Sit back and relax in the rocking chairs on the covered front porch on the front side of the home or lounge on the covered porch overlooking the pool at the back of the home. The back porch is furnished with plenty of seating and a gas grill for poolside dining. The patio surrounding the pool offers additional lounge chairs and umbrellas.
The second floor is the main living area. Here you'll find a bright and open concept living area, kitchen and dining area with top of the line finishes and furnishings. There is adequate dining space for 16 people, and a very spacious living area that extends out to a fully-furnished covered balcony overlooking the pool. Also on this level is the King Master Suite. The Master has a private bathroom with a double vanity, beautiful claw-foot soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Just before you head up the stairs to the third floor, there is a full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower which is shared by the living area and the 3rd floor Loft.
The third floor is the Loft Bedroom and "Kid's Den". After the remodel, this area will have a Queen bed and 4 Twin beds.

NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a maximum of 45 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite amongst guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities.
Camp WaterColor Expansion Project: Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be approximately 8-10 months. The Camp Pool will be closed for the duration of the project. The Camp basketball courts and tennis center will be closed at certain times during this project as well.
Beach Club Project: Plans are in place to begin work sometime around late Summer 2018, if not delayed. The complete expansion will take approximately 18-24 months. Plans include phasing the project to one area at a time to create as little disturbance as possible and keep the Beach Club open during season. At this time, none of the amenities are scheduled to completely close during the projects. However, some disturbance will be unavoidable as construction takes place.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance must be purchased prior to the final payment on your reservation. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Amenities may be ordered prior to or during your stay. Amenities must be confirmed 10 days prior to arrival.
