Into The Mystic is located in the highly sought after Dune Ridge District of the serene WaterSound Beach community. Only steps from the beach boardwalk and a short stroll to the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy partial Gulf views from the home's second floor living area and third floor Master Suite. You cannot beat the location, with only a 2-3 minute walk to the stunning beach! This is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeping 8-10 guests. The home is thoughtfully decorated & comfortably furnished making it the ideal beach home for your family. Into The Mystic is equipped with granite counter tops, custom tiled showers, unique decor and hardwood floors with all of the personal touches you would expect in your own home. Your family will have plenty of room to spread out with 3 separate living areas, a spacious kitchen and dining space, multiple porches and balconies and spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. You can spend your days splashing in the community pools, lounging at the beach or exploring all that 30A has to offer with multiple beach communities within a short drive or bike ride. The community also offers a playground and putt-putt park for the little ones. At the end of the day, Into The Mystic is the perfect retreat for your family to settle in and relax while making amazing memories that are sure to last a lifetime.
A spacious front porch leads to the entry of the home where you enter into the first-floor foyer. From here, you can stroll down the hallway to the 3 guest bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom with glass walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a spacious sunroom/den that can accommodate 2 additional children. The sunroom is perfect for the kiddos to kick back and relax with a flat screen TV, sectional sofa and two built in twin daybeds. Two of the bedrooms have King beds, and the third room has two Twin beds. Including the sunroom, the first floor can sleep up to 8 guests.
Head upstairs to the second-floor living area. On this level, you will find the kitchen, dining area, two additional living areas, two balconies, and a half bathroom. To your right is a living area with high vaulted ceilings and natural light flowing in through multiple large windows. Directly off of the living area is a spacious balcony with partial Gulf views and comfy furniture so you can lounge in the breeze and listen to the waves while you sip a cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail. The center of this level is a modern kitchen and dining area. Preparing a gourmet meal and eating in with the family is a breeze in this amazing kitchen which features double sinks, two dishwashers, a six-burner range, custom cabinets, and gorgeous countertops. There is a separate coffee station and pantry which leads to the hallway half bath. The large dining table seats 8 guests, and there are 5 barstools available at the huge kitchen island. Or, you can head outside and dine on the spacious balconies. The second balcony is located directly off the dining area with a small table and additional seating. Past the dining area is the cozy family den with flat screen TV and a small desk area.
The entire third floor of the home is the King Master Suite. The spacious room features a King bed, flat screen TV, lounge area, dressing area, and a private bathroom. The spa-style bathroom is the definition of luxury and pampering. There is a large glassed in shower, jetted soaking tub and dual vanities. Swing open the doors to your private stand-on balcony and listen to the waves while you soak in a bubble bath. The dressing area features separate his and her closets.
This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018. Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes. Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)
WaterSound Beach has all of the amenities needed for your family to make some unforgettable memories. The private, gated community is designed to help you relax, unwind and escape from the chaos of everyday life. You will have access to 2 community pools, the Puttering Park (putt putt), the Yacht Pond and a playground. One of the community pools is located just a couple of blocks behind the home (The Dunesider pool), so you can dip in on hot Summer days. You will also have access to the Bridges pool. The beach boardwalk behind the home leads directly to the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and sugary white sand. The wide walkways, boardwalks and winding paths throughout the community fit perfectly into the natural, untouched beauty surrounding our beautiful coast. You will feel secluded in a quaint, sophisticated neighborhood yet you are close enough to explore all that 30A has to offer. Spend your days & evenings exploring the neighboring communities of Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Rosemary where you can experience some of the finest shopping and dining venues in the area.

***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking, and Pets are NOT allowed. There is a driveway with parking for 2 vehicles available to you during your stay. The garage is not available to guests.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
